Enene Esther Irabor is a seasoned professional and visionary leader with over 23 years of experience driving impactful projects across Nigeria's hospitality, power, and construction sectors. Known for her integrity, service-driven leadership, and commitment to excellence, she has built a remarkable career rooted in strategic project development, infrastructure delivery, and sustainable community advancement.

Her work reflects a deep dedication to national growth and human development. Through her roles with high-impact institutions such as the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (ARCN), the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), and the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), Enene has contributed to initiatives that strengthen infrastructure, expand energy access, and empower rural communities.

As the Managing Director of Ehinomen Noble Links Ltd, she leads with transparency and purpose, championing corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects that transform lives. Under her leadership, the company has implemented programs focused on education, women's empowerment, and healthcare access, all guided by a philosophy of service, integrity, and measurable impact.

Her notable achievements include establishing a 400-seating capacity community primary school in Cross River State to expand access to quality education for underserved children, and launching a Women Economic Empowerment Program that has equipped nearly 3,000 women with business tools such as sewing machines, grinding machines, and refrigerators to promote financial independence. She has also overseen free medical outreach initiatives that bring healthcare directly to rural communities, providing consultations, treatments, and health education.
